Process

Our process focuses on our core belief and philosophy that the personal, physical and spiritual well-being of our residents must come first. We take an inter-disciplinary approach to our management, as well as a team approach to our service offerings. We partner with numerous local and state non-profits, in addition to governmental entities, in order to best meet the needs of our community.

Application and Screening Process

Unlike most providers that have a checklist of requirements, we prefer to take a holistic approach. Most of our individuals typically originate via a shared referral source. Often times this could be a doctor, nurse, case worker, social worker, or even past caretakers, and family. With their insight, our qualified staff better understand the special needs of each individual; thus assuring all receive the best accommodations we can provide.

Our goal is to provide affordable, quality, all-inclusive living arrangements to those who are in need of a home.

Order of Intake Process

1. Meet Admission Requirements

• Must be over 18

• Proof of income or benefits (SSI, SSDI, housing voucher) to cover housing cost

• No pets at this time

• Must be physicallly and mentally capable of unassisted independent living

• Photo ID

• Willingness to abide by House Rules

2. Apply online
Fill out the online application, and a specialist will contact you.

3. Intake Interview & Orientation
Upon filling out the application, you will be contacted by a specialist who will conduct an over-the-phone, or video interview with you. During the interview the specialist can answer any questions you may have. Next, you will be required to pay first month’s rent and community fee.

4. Move In!
After the application, interview, and paying upfront fees and costs, you are welcome to move in and will receive a tour of your new home.
